The Rocky Mountain Business Seminar is the oldest student-led business seminar in Canada. Held at the beautiful Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, AB, this conference attracts tomorrow's leaders from Canada's top business schools. The week-long conference features inspiring keynote speeches and informative breakout sessions from companies making waves at both local and national levels.

 

As co-chair of the external portfolio for the 2024 Rocky Mountain Business Seminar, we were tasked with securing the necessary $90k of sponsorship dollars in order for us to put on this event. This role included pitching the conference to potential sponsors, managing client relationships, organizing sponsorship tiers, creating contracts, and being the main point of contact for corporate sponsors. Ultimately, we were able to not only reach but exceed the required amount by collecting >$100k and the conference went extremely well with rave reviews from student, faculty, and corporate attendees.
